Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms explain the rules for using GridLords — as a rider, a fan or an organisation. Please read them carefully before you race, follow or post.
1. About GridLords
GridLords is a platform for sim racing. Riders record sessions on supported simulators, GridLords verifies and ranks the results, and fans and organisations follow the action through leaderboards, events and the community feed.
2. Your account
You sign in to GridLords with Microsoft Entra. When you create your profile you choose a role — Rider or Fan — and you must give accurate details about yourself.
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You can change your password or delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Riders and race data
Riders can connect simulators, register for events and submit session data. Lap times, sectors and results are checked by GridLords before they appear on any leaderboard.
Using cheats, modified telemetry, shared accounts or any other way of manipulating results is not allowed. We may remove affected results, reset rankings or suspend the account.
4. Fans
Fans can follow riders and organisations, and like, share and comment on posts. Fan accounts cannot post, submit race data or register for events.
5. Organisations and events
Organisations run leagues, championships and events on GridLords. Each organisation sets its own event rules, entry requirements and penalties, and is responsible for the riders it invites. If an organisation's rules conflict with these terms, these terms apply.
6. Posts, comments and tags
You own what you post, but you give GridLords permission to show it on the platform. Only tag riders who were involved in what you're posting about.
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam and misleading results claims will be removed and may lead to your account being suspended.
7. Availability
We work to keep GridLords running smoothly, but live timing, leaderboards and simulator integrations may sometimes be delayed or unavailable. GridLords is provided “as is”.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GridLords grows. We'll let you know about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using GridLords after that, you accept the updated terms.
